ABOUT THIS PREVIEW: This was a custom request for a performance agency that needed an easy way to track ad spend throughout the month and also have a fast and clean overview on the daily bases for their main KPIs. It is now implemented in 17 of their clients.
The design feature blocks of information for easy understanding and navigation with 10+ blocks of data. It shows a daily breakdown of the current month and also the historical data for the current year, fully automated. It is used daily by both agency and clients and also for their weekly meetings

We basically reduce the amount of manual tasks needed. We compile the most important and common data advertisers need on the daily bases, automatically, reducing the need for copy/past tasks that are prone to human errors.
The Daily Tracking Dashboard is a complex, automated and well organized dashboard (report) that provides a daily overview of your ads campaigns results (available for Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads).
This dashboard is aimed towards more experienced advertisers. Any company/individual/affiliate/agency that runs ads campaign on the daily bases in any of the supported platforms.
The truth is that for the day-to-day operation, Google Sheets meets all the basic prerequisites, being a tool: simple, fast, reliable and shareable. Several other platforms, including some very famous ones, are simply too slow when used for very complex visualizations or difficult to share. They end up being useful for executive dashboards with summarized information and a few KPIs here and there, and that’s it.
With time we understood that lots of people and companies dislike or don’t use spreadsheets simply because they don’t know how to set things properly.
We also made our dashboard using Google Sheets because many customers used our spreadsheet to centralize other spreadsheets/documents that were loose and “flying around” within the team.
It really depends on amount of clients in the queue and how fast you can provide us the access and images for customization. It’s typically implemented within one business if we have everything at hand.
The majority of the data can be synchronized with read-only access, but some information will require admin level.
At this time, we connect to: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads. We are working in integration with other platforms.
Every hour or two, tops.
All queries are set to refresh every HOUR, but due to API limitations we cannot schedule the minutes it refreshes, just the hour. Example: A report scheduled to refresh at 9h00am can refresh between 9h00am and 9h59am. This works the same for EVERYONE else unless they choose save the data in an internal database.
We update EVERY set of date from the beginning of the year (if it’s available) until YESTERDAY (d-1). This keeps EVERYTHING up to date as much as possible, taking into account attribution models, conversion windows, refunds/bonus/discounts (like invalid clicks) and so on.
You can create additional sheets that can read or interact with our dashboard, but we do not allow or recommend modifying ours directly. If you change something that needs to be repaired later, we will charge an hourly rate for the fix.
By default you can connect ONE CLIENT account for each platform. If you or your client have more than one accounts that needs to be connected, we can set this up for an addition price.
We do not implement any kind of customization to our existing templates at this time, but we do offer a Custom Dashboard Membership level so we can build a report tailored to your needs.
Every non-beginner advertiser can benefit from our dashboard. If you or your client are scaling campaigns or if you/client are already experienced advertisers, you know that it takes a lot of time and effort (daily) to put together information like the ones in our dashboard, let alone the time to double-check everything and make sure there are no human-errors.
For the storage, all of your data is stored in private databases that only our staff has access to, no one else.
For the dashboard side, only we, you and/or your client will have access. We do not allow open access to the spreadsheet, so anyone involved must be added manually for better track and control.
ONE person has access to the data (the one responsible for the implementation).
Additionally, we do not allow the dashboard to be shared with the “ANYONE” access, which means any person that wishes/needs to access the report will have to be added manually.

We can, but it comes with a price. There’s no restriction for scheduling a meeting, but we do charge hourly-rates for those.
We have a culture that values asynchronous work as much as possible, meaning that we do our best to implement agile routines and processes to keep everything organized.

You don’t need to measure conversion to use our dashboard (cases for Awareness/Branding/TopOfFunnel campaigns), BUT, since our dashboard is aimed towards more experienced advertisers, they usually already have some kind of conversion tracking in place.
All you need to add (if you wish/need) is your goal for the current month (estimated ad spend, revenue and such).
If you don’t want to fill those fields, we can automate them to keep track of your daily performance (always from the 1st day of the month until YESTERDAY)
